Donald Jasko to Appear on Broadcast Cable Financial Management Panel,
"Accountability in the New Millennium"
Santa Monica, CA May 15, 2003
Donald A. Jasko, CEO of Digital Economics, will appear on a panel on May 18, 2003 at the Broadcast Cable Financial Management
Annual Conference in Los Angeles. The panel will address the subject, "Accountability in the New Millennium," and will be led
by Bruce Lazarus, CEO of Cable Audit Associates. Also appearing on the panel are Gil Breakman, Vice President-Finance of G4 Media,
Jim Surmanek, CEO of MediaAnalysisPlus, and Mitch Walker, SVP-Consulting & Technology, Cable Audit Associates.
The panel will discuss ways in which the media can address issues of accountability to their investors, audiences, programmers
and advertisers. Jasko is expected to discuss audio fingerprint and audio watermark technologies as tools that verify performances
of programming and advertising content. He will also identify ways in which fingerprinting and watermarking enhance the media's own
licensing and royalty income streams by confirming performances of content of which they are the creators or owners.
The panel will commence on May 18 at 3:00 PM. The BCFM Annual Conference will be held at the Century Plaza Hotel & Spa
in Los Angeles.
